We have the people, services, and resources to help you downsize, select the right living situation for your needs, pack, move, sell your home, and get set up in your new home - whether it is an Independent Living Community, Assisted Living Community, condo, townhome, etc.

Transition is not easy, but we are here to help. We do this by talking with everyone who is involved in the move. There is never a charge for helping you plan.
Meet Libby
Senior Navigation Specialist
After graduating high school in North Carolina, Libby Wiseman set off to make a name for herself in Miami, FL. While attending Miami/Dade college, she realized her passion in life was helping others.

The first step on her path, led her to real estate, where she helped others realize their dreams of purchasing a house and making it their home. Her path would eventually lead her to where she is today, helping seniors transition to housing that suits their lifestyle and personal needs. After residing in South Florida for several years, she packed up her bags and headed to Vero Beach, with her husband Charles and 3 daughters. In Vero Beach, she added 1 more daughter and has been blessed with 10 grandchildren.

Lovingly referred to, in the community, as the "Hat Lady", Libby charms everyone with her warm and caring personality. As a Senior Navigation Specialist, Libby takes what she has learned in business coupled with her family life and offers services helping seniors and their families transition to a new living situation, that includes downsizing, estate sales, relocation, packing/moving, and more.

Everyone is so busy and many of us wear many hats, especially adult children caring for their families and parents. Libby understands this from a first-hand perspective. She encourages others to look within and realize that one's outlook on life is all about your "Hatitude".
Transition is never easy but we are here to help make it as smooth as possible for you and your loved ones.
